Good Morning Year 5 and 6 I hope you are all well below you will find a link to my welcome video with a brief overview of what we are doing with PE until we can all get back together again.

The key message here is to do a minimum of 30 minutes activity per day but try and challenge yourself to do an hour (or more) per day.


Now that you have seen my welcome video below is a link to the Body Coach and an introduction to HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) make sure you do a little warm up to get the heart pumping and your body ready for exercise. You can also do the first round a little bit easier to help your warm up.


For your weekly challenge this week I challenge you to learn how to Juggle 3 balls.

If you have some tennis balls these would be perfect but you can use anything just make sure they are not too heavy or breakable and all about the same size and weight. Linked below is a guide to Juggling with step by step instructions. 

I can't juggle so I will be doing this challenge and will post some videos of me trying to juggle.
