Earth Day PE 22/04/2020






Your morning wake up workout

Your Swimming and Core workout
You will need: A Step / Chair, A Stick, A Ball and 2 weights that are the same (these can be 2 tins of food as long as they are the same size and weight)

Your new weekly Challenge is:

To do as many step ups as you can in 1min

Here is a quick video to show you how it is done. 
 Make sure your step is not too high (below knee height) a normal step in to your house or to go upstairs is just right. Each time you get both feet on to the step you count it as a step.

Remember to do 50 min of exercise today, and do something to help the planet.
