PE Start of Week 3 13/04/2020




Your morning wake up workout:

Your main exercise for today:

Your challenge for this week is:
Alternating ball rebound and catch

For this challenge you will need a tennis ball and a wall (without anything on it)

Stand 2m from the wall with the ball in your right hand.
Underhand throw the ball to the wall and catch it with your left hand.
Repeat the above steps alternating hands each time (throw with right catch with left, throw with left catch with right)
