Your challenge for week 2
For this week your challenge is to do as many mountain climbers in 30s as you can.
What is a Mountain Climber I hear you all say, I'm glad you asked, below is a video to show how to properly do the mountain climber
The first video shows you how to perform the exercise if you have never done it before, please note that the back and bottom do not go up and down but stay level. In the second video it shows the more advanced version where the toe no longer taps the floor and the whole exercise is performed at a faster pace, note the body position is the same as in the first video
To do the challenge you need to count the number of times you bring your knee to your chest. Each time the knee touches your chest add 1 to your score.
