Your Swimming and Yoga workout
I hope you had fun with last weeks weekly challenge.
This week your challenge is to make a 20 min workout
This workout can be whatever you like, but must last for 20 min.
Like the workouts I send you you can do multiple sets of the same exercises.
If you choose to do a HIIT or Circuit type workout try and make sure you mix up the muscle groups.
You may choose to do a Dance style workout or some Yoga.
Whatever you decide to do you must be able to complete your own workout!
Send me a timelapse video of your workout and also your workout in written form.
I will then choose some of the workouts and use them as your workouts during the week.
