This weeks Challenge is:

Shuttle Runs

There are 2 parts to this weeks challenge both are done over a 10m distance. 
Each Challenge is 1 min long

Mark out 2 points 10m apart

Challenge 1. How many times can you side shuffle between between the 2 markers? 

Challenge 2. How many times can you run forwards and backwards (you should be facing the same direction all the time) between the 2 markers?

Count each time you get to an end

Reaction time test

I scored an average of 0.274s for the reaction test, 
the slowest was 0.306s and the fastest was 0.24s
